Coming from the area of Venezia which is just on the edge of the Friuli region in North Eastern Italy. This is a world famous grape variety and produces wines with a lovely floral aroma and clean refreshing acidity making this wine ideal as an aperitif and a great match to pasta, fish and white meat dishes.		Domaine Brochard are based in the village of Chavignol. These hand crafted wines made from Sauvignon Blanc are fresh and fragrant with aromas of gooseberry, nettle and cut grass. An elegant fruit finish which leaves the palate refreshed and clean. A perfect match for fish, shellfish and goats cheese.
Red Wines

This famous region in North East Spain produces some of the worlds finest red wines. Produced from the Tempranillo grape variety and also benefits from 6 months maturation in new French and American oak barrels to give a rich smooth and intense wine with great depth of flavour. This wine matches white meat dishes and all grilled red meats.		This winery was created in the early 1990’s in New South Wales. The vineyard was planted on a 2000 year old dry river bed which is a perfect growing condition for Shiraz. This is a richly fruited wine with intense flavours of red berries with a full and spicy palate and rich lingering finish.
